Order Processing
At Velvionna, we do our utmost to process all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days following payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Velvionna offers free tracked shipping on all orders. Delivery times are typically 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering. For this reason, our product descriptions are as detailed as possible, ensuring there are no surprises upon delivery.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at contact@velvionna.com. Amendments can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, parcels may be returned to us, although this is not always guaranteed. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you:
• A refund of your order, less handling fees; or
• Reshipment of the order, at your choice.
You will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment until the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel in real time via the carrier’s website.
Parcel Not Received
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@velvionna.com and provide your order number. We will do everything possible to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Velvionna is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events (including adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
Order Cancellation
We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@velvionna.com.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours of confirmation, therefore it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe. Cancellation requests cannot be considered once an order has already been processed and/or dispatched.
